To reach its objectives, the project developed a free online educational resource for managers and staff of existing SMEs or start-ups, allowing them to take up the opportunities offered by digital era and current developments for businesses in ICT. The innovative course is freely available as an open educational resources (OER) to individual students, either managers or staff of SMEs. It is accessible online and freely licensed to any user interested in modifying, adapting or enhancing it. It can be used by public and private bodies providing support, consultancy and training to businesses (like VET providers), which will be able to organise training courses using the results of the project and have the possibility to adapt the material, if needed.
